Scope Of Work (SOW)

Our Scope of works for Testing Adjusting & Balancing, Technical Building Commissioning & Clean room Performance Testing.

Examining the Contract Documents to study Project requirements and to discover and report conditions in systems' designs that may preclude proper Testing & Balancing of systems and equipment. Site visits during construct phase to assure balancing devices are located as per project data and where required.

Provide Design Review report Based on examination of the Contract Documents report on the adequacy of design for systems' balancing devices. Recommend changes and additions to systems' balancing devices to facilitate proper performance measuring and balancing.

Submit Method of statement that includes procedures that will be used for testing and balancing along with the instrumentation list and calibration certificates.

Submit system check list and observation report that is to be done progressively during the construction phase in order to ensure all system installations and supplied equipment are as per project documents & approved drawings.

Perform testing and balancing procedures on each system according to Engineering specifications and the most consistent and precise standards in the fields of Testing , Adjusting & Balancing.

Submit testing & balancing final report signed with all required readings schedules, drawings, equipment data.
